Job summary

Balto is building the AI Workforce for contact centers, and our events are driving pipeline. We are hiring a Marketing Events Manager to own strategy and execution from national shows to executive dinners.

You will manage the event calendar, sponsorships, budgets, and post-event follow-up while collaborating with Sales to turn events into measurable pipeline. This is a remote role in the U.S. with regular travel to events.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in event marketing or field marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning events end-to-end, from strategy to post-event follow-up.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, BDR/SDR, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own Balto's event calendar across trade shows, conferences, and private/field events.
• Tier events by opportunity and set clear goals (pipeline, meetings, brand).
• Build annual event plan and repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize in-person engagement with prospects and customers.
