The position requires 3+ years in power plant maintenance or related, a bachelor's in engineering, and 80% travel. Remote work within the U.S. is possible; travels within US/Canada, with benefits and training included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years of Power Plant Maintenance, Turbine Maintenance, or Equipment Installation/Commissioning; or a High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 80% annually to projects and field assignments.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid passport and complete required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration of systems and equipment.
• Lead outage crews including crafts, union technicians, and onsite services teams.
• Respond to emergency repairs and provide technical instruction to customer sites.
