• Bachelor's degree in STEM or HS diploma with 3 years steam turbine experience.
• English proficiency required; ability to obtain unescorted security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 80% and work holidays/weekends/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill contract responsibilities for designated skill set (Turbine Mechanical, Generator).
• Direct and oversee repair or inspection procedures using latest tech and docs.
• Recognize and document potential failures; provide outage recommendations.
• Read prints, P&IDs and schematic drawings for field work.
• Lead projects and provide technical leadership during outages.
• Support warranty administration and customer issues with engineering help.
• Travel as required; work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
