Job summary

Toloka AI is seeking an exceptional Delivery Lead to own the successful execution of complex AI data projects across a portfolio of clients. This hands-on role combines project leadership, client management, and operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within target margins, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the AI space, especially with startups and managed client projects.
• Experience managing complex projects from discovery to adoption.
• Client-facing experience; consulting background at Engagement Manager/Associate Partner level.
• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI, including ML basics.
• STEM degree or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across a complex portfolio of AI projects.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and project managers.
• Drive operational excellence in planning, resourcing, and reporting.
• Partner with Business Development to scope opportunities and proposals.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Lead adoption of new tools and ways of working across the organization.
