Job summary

360Learning in San Francisco/remote is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead implementations, scope technical solutions, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate client needs into configured platform setups.

You will own architecture, enable integrations (APIs, Workato, data lake, flat files), and develop repeatable processes while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships and integrations or similar role with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scope client projects and design technical solutions.
• Lead implementation lifecycle from turnover to handover to support.
• Define platform architecture and manage integrations (APIs, Workato, data lakes, flat files).
• Develop repeatable, scalable processes and contribute to knowledge base.
