Job summary

Aduro Advisors in the United States is seeking a Technical Client Service Manager to oversee the source of truth for client service resources and workflows, ensuring our internal systems reflect high standards.

You will lead live technical training, build scalable LMS content, and coordinate with audit and tax partners to align footnotes and procedures, all while delivering impactful remote support in a fast‑moving private equity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the alternative asset industry (VC/PE preferred).
• US GAAP/partnership accounting understanding.
• CPA certification a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the source of truth for Client Service resources and workflows.
• Lead live technical training sessions (virtual & in-person) on client service systems.
• Develop LMS modules and on-demand training content for scalable learning.
• Coordinate audit and tax feedback with internal teams to improve training.
• Lead rollout strategies for system implementations and ensure adoption.
