Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Technical Client Service Manager to own the source of truth for client service resources and workflows, shaping our tech stack and ensuring accurate system reflection.

You will lead technical L&D, knowledge management, and content strategy, coordinating with audit and tax partners. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with remote-work capability and strong systems literacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the alternative asset industry (VC/PE preferred).
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting.
• External auditor experience or CPA certification is a major plus.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into manageable training workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precise technical documentation.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and building training solutions.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and support the team during audits or implementations.
• Comfort with remote work and high self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Notion, Excel, Xero, FundCount, and Dynamo is required.

Responsibilities

• Curate & optimize technical documentation and process workflows for clarity and retention.
• Lead live technical training sessions (virtual & in-person) for the team.
• Develop LMS modules to create an on-demand knowledge library.
• Coordinate audit and tax feedback to drive future training opportunities.
• Serve as liaison with audit and tax partners on procedures and pronouncements.
• Maintain and evolve the resource library for the firm.
• Document workflows for General Ledger implementations and changes.
• Lead regional rollout strategies with multi-channel support.
