Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• MBA preferred; experience with software development, cloud, AI-enabled C2 and MMI is a plus.
• CRM software familiarity and sales analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to develop customized technical solutions.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
• Track and report KPIs related to business development activities and adjust strategies to meet targets.
