Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our IRS client. The position is remote and requires candidates to obtain IRS MBI clearance.

The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, producing high-quality documentation, and managing project risks and schedules. The candidate will lead requirements gathering, governance reporting, and stakeholder briefings while ensuring compliance with IRS security requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a project management capacity.
• Knowledge of federal information Security policies, standards and risk management processes.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency for at least three years and IRS MBI clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.
• Lead and implement design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of reports, documents, and surveys.
• Lead activities related to Business Requirement Documents process and ensure documentation is complete.
