Job summary

Bizowie is seeking a full-time, Technical Business Analyst to expand the operations team working on our Bizowie Cloud ERP™ platform. This remote role supports customers across the US from our Pittsburgh-based company.

The successful candidate will analyze business processes, document requirements, design test plans, and translate complex needs into actionable features for the product team. 2+ years of analytical experience and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of analytical experience in a business context.
Self-starter with ability to learn complex products.
Strong critical thinking and time management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience with accounting concepts or manufacturing/distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex and varying project work
Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
Stay current on new system releases and functionality
Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
Showcase abilities to collect, document and execute on customer's complex business requirements as it relates to implementing our ERP
