Job summary

Bizowie is seeking a full-time Software Analyst to expand our Bizowie Cloud ERP platform from a Pittsburgh-based team with a remote work option in the United States. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, translating requirements into design, and contributing to high-quality software releases.

You will diagnose issues, analyze requests, document features, and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements, with emphasis on web applications and business process clarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an analytical role.
• Self-starter with the ability and willingness to learn complex products and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with web applications is highly desirable.
• Accounting concepts or manufacturing/distribution knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work.
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests.
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality.
• Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality.
• Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Document customer-facing materials for new features and functionality.
