Bizowie, a Pittsburgh-based cloud ERP provider, seeks a Technical Business Analyst to expand the operations team on the Bizowie Cloud ERP platform. This full-time role is remote within the United States.

You will analyze customer needs, document requirements, and help shape product releases, while ensuring thorough testing and clear customer materials to enable successful ERP deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Self-starter willing to learn complex products and business processes.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and project planning skills.
• Proven ability to complete tasks on time (100%).
• Highly technically adept with web applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with accounting concepts; manufacturing/distribution is a plus.
• Forward thinker who streamlines processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex and varying project work.
• Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests.
• Stay current on new system releases and functionality.
• Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality.
• Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality.
• Showcase abilities to collect, document and execute on customer's complex business requirements as it relates to implementing our ERP.
