Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Technical Accounting Senior Manager for a 100% remote opportunity available to candidates in Pacific or Mountain Time zones. The role requires significant Big 4 public accounting experience, active CPA, and deep technical accounting expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/related field is required.
Active CPA license is required.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
Significant Big 4 public accounting experience required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting required.
Ability to research technical accounting issues and document conclusions.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate accounting impacts of significant new and non-recurring transactions.
Develop accounting positions under U.S. GAAP and prepare memos.
Monitor emerging ASUs and SEC guidance; support financial reporting and SOX.
Lead technical accounting changes and maintain accounting policies.
