ZAZZ, a remote-friendly software development partner, seeks a Technical Account Manager to own client relationships from discovery through delivery. You will translate client needs into technical solutions, collaborate with sales, and ensure profitable engagements across web, mobile, and cloud projects.

This techno-commercial role requires staying technically credible without coding, guiding proposals, and presenting to CXOs.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–8 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical account management.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical proposals.
• Excellent English with CXO-level communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery calls and capture client requirements.
• Design high-level solutions with architects and tech leads.
• Prepare proposals, SOWs and estimates for clients.
• Own the deal from first contact to signed contract.
• Manage client relationships through delivery and post-sale support.
