Job summary

SICK AG is seeking a Technical Account Manager - Logistics Automation to work remotely from home with travel up to 50% to U.S. accounts, including Minneapolis. You will identify innovations, translate customer needs into solution requirements, and collaborate with Global/Lead Account Managers to drive growth.

You will be a trusted technical advisor, manage CRM, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver industrial automation solutions and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex industrial automation solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; sales orientation preferred.
• Customer engagement within a team delivering technical solutions.
• Ability to manage to a sales plan and follow corporate strategies.
• Strong opportunity assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, CAD, and controls/PLC environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technical advisor and sell SICK solutions to accounts.
• Listen, document, and influence the organization to meet customer needs.
• Interface with multiple teams to define best technical solutions.
• Develop direct customer relationships and understand business needs.
• Maintain CRM accurately and ensure global transparency for customers.
• Support the release of new products and services within accounts.
• Participate in trade shows and conduct marketing/sales presentations.
• Travel up to 50% to assigned accounts in the USA.
