Job summary

IMCD US is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Advanced Materials to cover the West Coast. The role is fully remote within California with about 40% travel, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and requires strong sales experience in chemicals and Thermosets.

You will drive the sales cycle, expand markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth for our strategic principals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or sciences.
• Five years of sales experience in the chemical or related industry.
• Experience in Thermosets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to customer satisfaction on the West Coast.
• Develop strategies to expand markets and promote business.
• Maintain customer relationships and leverage Salesforce for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with sales support, supply chain and customer service to meet targets.
