Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a skilled Tech Writer/Editor to develop and maintain technical publications for the Veterans Affairs department. This remote, full-time role requires translating complex technical information into clear documentation and coordinating with SMEs, engineers, and program managers to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Demonstrated experience developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, reports, manuals, procedures, process guides, proposals, and other business or technical publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, grammar, style, and document quality.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Write and update material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related publications.
• Refine work of writers and coordinate activities of writers preparing technical material.
• Apply industry practices, standards, and docs style guides.
• Develop solutions to moderately complex documentation challenges.
• Coordinate with SMEs and program managers to validate information.
