The ideal candidate will document complex concepts clearly, align engineering and business teams, and drive structured implementation and process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience combining technical writing with business analysis and implementation coordination.
Ability to document requirements, processes, and API interactions for diverse audiences.
Comfort working with engineers and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and standardize technical and operational documentation.
Create process flows, integration guides, and escalation workflows.
Translate complex tech information into clear docs for technical and non-technical readers.
Document APIs, JSON, XML configurations and system-to-system communications.
Support backlog organization and prioritization with engineering teams.
Coordinate implementation plans and track progress across multiple teams.
