The role requires reviewing ISDAs, MSAs, NDAs, and derivatives, with collaboration across product and research teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
