This role requires strong technology transactions expertise and precision in evaluating AI outputs. You will collaborate with product and research teams, draft and negotiate standard agreements, and help shape AI workflows across fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
