Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel to support a legal AI training and evaluation project from a remote location. The role focuses on technology transactions, contract review, redlining, and providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will review contracts, negotiate terms, and help shape AI workflows in collaboration with research and product teams. This is a contractor position requiring strong legal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
