Job summary

Freedom Financial Network is growing its Talent Acquisition team. As the Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist contractor, you will support 3-4 Recruiters focused on technology, product, and data engineering roles, building a robust passive candidate pipeline and selling the opportunity to candidates.

Reporting to the Principal Talent Advisor, you will stay current on sourcing tools, attend training, and drive the sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-depth technology and product talent sourcing experience
• Proven track record of meeting sourcing goals and pipelines that lead to hires
• Expert level sourcing skills including all job boards, free/paid sourcing tools, LinkedIn, CRM tools, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work from Tempe office OR from a remote location in AZ timezone

Responsibilities

• Create and execute robust talent attraction and sourcing strategies to support Recruiters in Technology, Data, Product, Digital Marketing and IT
• Meet weekly and monthly talent sourcing goals aligned to hiring goals
• Source passive candidates and bring them into the pipeline after screening for basic qualifications
• Own Talent Supply & Demand reporting and provide market analysis to guide sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate database and drive qualified candidates into requisitions
• Maintain up-to-date reports of sourcing activity and pipeline status
• Use CRM tools to engage passive/active talent and build pipelines
• Create social sourcing strategies and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Hiretual, job boards, etc.
• Attend Intake Sessions and follow-up meetings with Hiring Leaders and Recruiters
