Job summary

Microsoft in Redmond seeks a dedicated client advisor with a passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset to deliver world-class service. 1+ year(s) applicable sales or customer support experience OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Tenaciously pursues high quality outcomes whilst assisting clients via leveraging sources and a technical acumen to offer solutions and resolve purchaser problems.
Engages a vast variety of clients to recognize how era solutions can help them reap their desires or solve a need.
Applies techniques for imparting services that meet and exceed client expectations; meets private and group sales goals, and handles specific consumer engagements and customer service stages.
Conducts client tours of MEC/ECS and/or Microsoft traveller’s centre to inspire and drive brand awareness and coordinate events.
Proactively asks for help and is open to feedback and coaching from managers and teammates.
