Job summary

Connection, a Fortune 1000 Global Solutions Provider, is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Associate to support our Business Solutions Group and Microsoft Center of Excellence. You will serve as a dedicated Microsoft resource, guiding MVL pricing and programs while collaborating with Account Managers and customers.

In a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, you will deliver industry insights, manage inquiries, and help customers adopt Connection services for Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft solutions and renewals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Volume Licensing programs.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership, and customers focused on Microsoft solutions providing recommendations that best fit the goals of the customer.
• Deliver industry-based insights to our customers focusing on pain points leading to Microsoft modern solutions.
• Provide Microsoft Volume Licensing (MVL) product, pricing and program guidance to Account Managers and customers.
• Manage inbound support requests from Account Managers in a timely fashion.
• Position Connection services offerings to support Microsoft adoption and utilization.
• Stay current on programs, technical knowledge, market trends and operational models.
• Engage in Microsoft opportunity conversations with customers to build additional value and position Connection professional and managed services.
