Job summary
HireBooth is seeking a Technology Support Associate (AI Blended) to be the first line of contact for technology issues across the company and provide remote support for PCs, mobile devices, and AI tools.
The role blends core technology support (85%) with frontline AI tool assistance (15%), requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn enterprise AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in remote technology support at an enterprise level.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Experience with enterprise AI tools and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for technology issues company-wide.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
- Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Support AI tool access, accounts, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Create and maintain AI FAQs and knowledge articles.
- Assist with network and device administration remotely.
