GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Manager. This fully remote position supports customers from across the United States, with occasional travel.

The role focuses on project management, design, and proactive account management within sales/support activities. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a life sciences field or an MS with relevant industry experience, and demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-based

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life science discipline (cell biology, immunology, molecular biology and peptide therapeutics) or Master of Science with relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers and generate price quotes for project design.
• Analyze customers' needs and resolve technical issues and complaints with guidance on additional services and product solutions.
• Identify potential areas of concern and make recommendations based on current and future needs within ongoing relationships.
• Maintain close communication with customers and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth.
• Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors via presentations or demos.
