Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to provide account management and high-level technical support, serving as the primary technical source for sales and marketing.

The role focuses on project management, project design, and proactive account management, with responsibilities that include advising customers, quotes, and collaboration with internal teams. The position is fully remote with occasional travel, salary range $80,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• PhD in life science or related discipline; MSc with industry experience considered
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; quick grasp of new concepts
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers, including generating price quotes for project design
• Analyze customers’ needs, resolve troubleshooting issues and advise on additional services
• Identify potential areas of concern and make recommendations for ongoing relationships
• Maintain communication with customers and coordinate with technical support when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth
• Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors via presentations or demos
