Dura Digital is seeking a Recruiter & Talent Network Builder based in Canada to drive full-cycle recruiting and build a warm bench of pre-qualified consultants. You will partner with Growth, Delivery, and Resourcing teams to align talent with client demand.

You will source, engage, and place top tech talent across data, AI, cloud, software engineering, and delivery roles, while cultivating strong relationships with Canadian tech communities for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in IT/technology hiring.
• Proven success in headhunting and proactive candidate outreach.
• Strong network in Canadian technology communities and experience building talent pools.
• Natural connector who maintains relationships over months/years.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• English fluency; French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across client engagements and internal roles.
• Build and nurture a warm bench of pre-vetted consultants mapped to service areas.
• Collaborate with Growth, Delivery, and Resourcing teams to anticipate demand.
• Stay informed on Canadian tech talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Provide timely interview coaching, feedback, and offer support.
