DigiCert is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead hiring for positions across Technical, G&A, and Sales teams throughout the United States and Canada, with candidates based in EST timezone preferred.

As a strategic member of the global Talent Acquisition organization, you will partner with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent and influence hiring decisions through market intelligence and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and non-technical domains.
• Ability to partner with leaders and translate business needs into recruiting plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for positions across technical, G&A, and Sales.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and requirements.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive talent.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skills and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate backgrounds and fit.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Influence hiring decisions through structured interviewing and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate on interview plans and competency-based assessments.
• Leverage metrics to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Drive a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
