Job summary

Huron is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant – Technical Recruiter focused on Digital roles to drive full-cycle recruiting across the United States and Canada. The role partners with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders to source, assess, and hire top technology talent in CRM, Oracle Cloud, ERP, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in recruiting technology professionals within a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Current U.S. work authorization.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, professional services, or tech environments.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals (AI, CRM, Oracle Cloud/ERP) preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology and consulting roles across the United States and Canada.
• Source, screen, interview manage, and offer coordinate with stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align role requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines using multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in recruiting systems.
