Job summary

Relevate Health is seeking a Technology Production Supervisor to lead hands‑on technical delivery of client‑facing emails, banners, landing pages, WordPress/CMS sites, and custom applications. You will translate ambiguous requests into buildable specs, guide developers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on web development background with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front‑end tech.
• Experience producing HTML emails, banners, landing pages, and CMS/web apps.
• Experience leading or coordinating developers/contractors.
• Ability to translate non‑technical requests into precise technical specs.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong QA discipline and attention to regulated content.

Responsibilities

• Be the SME on all Technology Production deliverables and products.
• Lead day‑to‑day technical delivery from intake through build, QA, and delivery.
• Own allocation and resourcing for the team.
• Spot‑check quality and set the quality bar for regulated work.
• Triage and resolve technical issues to unblock developers.
• Translate business needs into precise technical requirements for PMs/clients.
• Keep delivery on time and flag risks before misses.
• Partner across creative, product, platform, marketing ops, and accounts.
• Be a technical and client‑facing partner on projects.
• Drive automation and AI enablement with runbooks and workflows.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to maintain delivery standards.
