Job summary

recruit22 is partnering with a leading healthcare technology organization to hire a Tech Lead for a product development pod. This role shapes the architecture and technical direction of a new platform aimed at improving care coordination and population health for senior care programs.

You will lead development, set coding standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead with full-stack TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience in architecture, design, and scaling web apps.
• Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL and secure coding practices.
• Healthcare or high-security industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Code: Drive technical decisions, write high-quality code, review PRs, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Management and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions.
• Define Standards: Establish best practices, manage technical debt, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Problem-Solve: Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance user experience.
• Develop Talent: Coach and guide junior engineers for growth and success.
