Railroad19 seeks a Technical Project Manager to own product strategy, delivery, and coordination of all media ad sales custom-developed applications. You will define project plans, manage risks, and partner with business and technology divisions to enhance productivity and revenue opportunities.

This leadership role in the Software Engineering group drives large-scale software initiatives across teams and vendors, with remote work options and East Coast hours to align with our client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in a senior role (PM/BA/engineer).
• Solid knowledge of AdSales and media entertainment industry.
• Ability to distill disparate data streams into actionable recommendations.
• Able to switch between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a development team to deliver advertising sales application and analytics foundations.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, testing, and iterative enhancements.
• Lead project initiation, scoping, and planning; develop project plans and GANT charts; manage user stories.
• Hold SCRUM meetings and stand-ups; enforce AGILE methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for leadership.
• Develop staffing/resource plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the platform and ensure enterprise standards compliance.
