Job summary

TripleTen is seeking a hands-on Product Manager with strong Growth and Product expertise to drive discovery, PMF validation, and monetization strategies for an international learning platform.

You will own onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, and pricing decisions, working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to deliver measurable business impact in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of discovery and growth initiatives.
• Experience launching products including market research, customer discovery, PMF validation, positioning, pricing, and commercialization.
• Experience managing onboarding, retention, subscriptions, billing and monetization.
• Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience conducting user research, JTBD interviews, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Strong operational mindset for cross-functional process design and optimization.
• Proven ability to work across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis.
• Validate ideas, drive PMF, and develop positioning and go-to-market recommendations.
• Own initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.
• Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and apply insights to improve performance.
• Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives by business impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and optimize processes at the intersection of product and business operations.
• Decide whether to solve problems via product, operations, or both.
