Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own capabilities of the AgileSec platform end to end. You will translate customer insight into shipped value, partnering with engineering, design, support, sales, alliances, and product leadership.

The role focuses on cryptographic posture management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives. This remote role within the United States requires collaboration across teams and a data-driven approach to decision making, with emphasis on PKI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Manager or in a related product role.
• Strong grasp of agile methods and end-to-end product development.
• Ability to discuss PKI, cryptography, and enterprise security software.
• Proficiency with JIRA or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned capabilities through discovery, planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and usage data into prioritized opportunities and clear requirements.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog with engineering, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and define success metrics.
• Partner with UX and engineering to simplify complex security workflows and improve usability.
• Support releases, documentation reviews, launches, and go-to-market activities, including partner integrations.
• Contribute to cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives.
