Job summary

Kforce is seeking a full-time Program Manager in Spring, TX to lead Product Security Office initiatives, including migrating the product portfolio from classical cryptographic implementations to post-quantum cryptography.

You will work with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into execution, monitor risks, and ensure readiness and adoption of PQC across teams, delivering long-term program outcomes.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or 5+ years PM experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on project and program management for Product Security Office initiatives, incl. PQC migration.
• Collaborate with program owners and stakeholders to drive migration of product portfolio to PQC.
• Translate objectives into executable plans, manage risks, and monitor milestones.
• Support adoption, readiness, and communications for long-term program outcomes.
