Job summary

CapTech in Reston, VA seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across cross-functional teams, aligning business and IT to achieve outcomes. Responsibilities include establishing plans, managing risks, and guiding stakeholders through complex engagements.

Qualifications include 6+ years in project/program management, hands-on PM in MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, experience with Agile and traditional methods, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven success in leading MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
• Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and support issue triage and resolution.
• Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.
• Share knowledge and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
