Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology projects. Responsibilities include delivering business outcomes, adopting best practices across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models, and building strong stakeholder partnerships.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in PM, and proven success with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
• Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
• Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience.
• Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
• Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s) to deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Share and implement best practices from different development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) as needed by project.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders for decision making.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps with milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and triage critical issues.
• Perform hands-on delivery work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.
• Foster a community of project managers and leaders.
• Demonstrate account management or related experience.
