Qualifications

• 10+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Proven success leading Dynamics 365 implementations with CRM/ERP portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership in fast-paced settings.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Dynamics integration with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Conduct organizational analysis to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Advise on optimal team structures to support the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across Microsoft Suite modules.
• Lead deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Service with multiple work centers and self-service features.
• Foster collaboration across client departments for integrated implementation.
• Design and deliver training sessions to promote platform adoption.
• Continuously assess system performance and lead improvement initiatives.
