Job summary

You will work closely with the WD Technology Enablement team to ensure high performance, reliability, and secure service delivery across assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes system administration, advanced troubleshooting, user training, and collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager to optimize IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or related role.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools; knowledge of IT security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• System administration & maintenance to keep systems running optimally.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support; escalate when needed.
• Develop and deliver user training; maintain clear documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for reliability.
• Assist with compliance and auditing activities to meet security requirements.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline tasks.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and team on projects.
