Job summary

JLL is hiring a Technology Operations Analyst in the WD Technology Enablement team to support day‑to‑day operations, maintain systems, and improve performance. You will troubleshoot, automate tasks, and assist with security and compliance across Work Dynamics platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in IT operations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. Visa sponsorship is not provided; remote work is available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
• Strong systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Maintenance: Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues.
• User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training programs and maintain clear documentation.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Compliance & Auditing: Assist with security and regulatory compliance.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with the team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Security Awareness & Support: Support security policies and report vulnerabilities.
