The role requires leadership across application, SRE, DevOps, or automation, with hands-on experience in AIOps and automation technologies. Strong communication with senior leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record leading technology initiatives from planning to execution.
• Hands-on with AIOps and automation technologies.
• Familiar with testing practices, including unit testing and mock frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for complex decision-making.
• Excellent communication for senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AIOps strategy and operational efficiency.
• Oversee product design verification and validation processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to executives on functional strategies and significant operational matters.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
