Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with strategic planning, leading small teams to advance automation while driving milestones for our AIOps program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Drive automation footprint within Site Reliability Engineering and advance AIOps program milestones.
• Collaborate with design engineering, test teams, and executives to align on strategy and outcomes.
• Provide technical support across engineering, operations, and business teams and present metrics to leadership.
