Ladders is seeking a Director of IT & Automation to own the enterprise IT roadmap across support, security, and automation. This role blends hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership to keep systems reliable, secure, and integrated while shaping a scalable operating model for a growing organization.

Remote - US based candidates only. Compensation is $140,000–$150,000 annually. A strong focus on AI‑enabled automation will modernize IT operations and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with significant leadership
• Proven IT support and service delivery in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise IT administration
• Technical credibility across enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and IT security governance
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in applying AI and automation to solve IT challenges

Responsabilités

• Set the IT roadmap for enterprise technology, support, security, and automation
• Lead IT support, endpoint management, and major incident response
• Shape the IT operating model as the company grows
• Oversee the health and integration of core enterprise technology
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 administration and security
