• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, leading small development teams.
• Hands-on development background with the ability to actively contribute to coding activities.
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring developers, and technical coordination.
• Understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Candidates must be based in Poland.
