Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a Tech Lead to guide one CareHub pod under the VP of Engineering. You’ll shape architecture, drive technical roadmap decisions, and mentor a team of about five engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural design skills for a scaled web application.
• Ability to lead and mentor a pod of engineers.
• Experience with health-tech or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for CareHub and the engineering roadmap.
• Lead design reviews, review PRs, and coach engineers in the pod.
• Collaborate with PM/UX to translate user stories into feasible technical work.
• Engage with support and product to address feedback and bugs.
