Atticus is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Growth Pod to lead a full-stack team, own the roadmap, and drive delivery. You will shape culture, coach engineers, review PRs, and collaborate closely with product and design counterparts to deliver meaningful experiences for users in crisis.

The role is fully remote for US-based candidates with quarterly travel to Los Angeles. Expect a data-driven, experimentation-focused environment and a strong emphasis on equity and benefits.

• Led a team of engineers for 1+ year, delivering shipping software.
• Grew engineers from junior to senior, with performance feedback.
• Worked in a high-performing product org with PMs and designers.
• Managed resources with ambiguity in startup or scale-up contexts.
• Applied AI coding tools to improve quality and velocity.
