Job summary

MyEdSpace is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a globally distributed engineering team in building scalable, learner-centered software. You’ll shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive product collaboration across backend and frontend, leveraging AI features and modern DevOps practices.

Remote role with UK time overlap; you’ll influence tech direction, ensure code quality, and deliver impactful learning solutions for students worldwide.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering experience in product-led, fast-paced environments.
• Strong software architecture skills: API-first, modular design, async comms.
• You work AI-first: LLMs and agentic tools are part of your daily workflow.
• Experience across the stack — deep backend expertise and frontend familiarity (React.js).
• Fluency in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Comfortable working in Docker-based, cloud-native environments (AWS).
