Norstella seeks a Tech Lead to guide a growing engineering team in delivering scalable software across cloud platforms. You will own architecture, mentoring, and delivery of backend services, with emphasis on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Docker/Jenkins CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience
• 9+ years of Java development experience
• 4+ years with Spring Boot and Spring Frameworks
• 2+ years of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• 4+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing backend microservices with RESTful APIs
• 4+ years using Docker and Jenkins
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
