  • Deep understanding of compensation survey methodologies and market pricing tools, especially in the tech domain.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
  • Experience overseeing a small team of compensation professionals, focusing on professional growth and workload management.
